Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Because of the nature of our products—especially floral and subscription-based items—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes, prepaid plans.
Other items, with the exception of screen-printed items, can be returned for a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We want you to love every delivery. If your box or item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tlpopish@msn.com. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a credit.
What if my box is lost in transit?
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. If your order is lost before delivery confirmation, please reach out so we can assist.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the 20th of the prior month to avoid being charged for the next box. After the cutoff date, cancellations will take effect the following month. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent renewal.
